Ghosts Don’t Always Know They’ve Disappeared is a collaborative project exploring notions of belonging, memory and place amidst the changing landscape of Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant neighbourhood. The project began in 2022 as a series of public printmaking workshops in which community members were invited to collectively mono-print the salvaged façade of a demolished Vancouver home in various locations throughout the neighbourhood. Like a spectre, the prints toured Mount Pleasant as a series of site-specific installations and public activations.
